一、論壇簡介 Forum Introduction

2003网站太阳集团國際青年學者嶽麓論壇旨在彙聚海内外優秀青年學者，面向未來科技發展，構建以科學問題為牽引、以學科交叉為驅動的前沿科學交流平台，是學校引進海内外優秀青年人才的主要途徑。自2016年以來，已連續舉辦8屆。

The Yuelu Forum for International Young Scholars at Hunan University aims to gather outstanding young scholars both at home and abroad. With a focus on future technological development, it seeks to construct a platform tofacilitate communication in cutting-edge technologies, solve scientific problems, and enhance interdisciplinary research. The forum serves as the main approach for the university to bring in exceptional young talents from both inside and outside of china. Since 2016, it has been held for 8 consecutive sessions.

二、學科領域Subject Areas

2024年，2003网站太阳集团國際青年學者嶽麓論壇将設立主論壇和23個學科分論壇，2003网站太阳集团（2003网站太阳集团）分論壇誠邀第三代半導體材料及功率器件、真空電子器件、鐵電器件、集成電路設計與EDA、集成電路制造、存儲器件、顯示器件、半導體傳感器領域的海内外優秀青年學者報名參會。

The 2024 Yuelu Forum will consist of one main forum and 23 sub-forums, the sub-forum on semiconductors(College of Semiconductors(College of Integrated Circuits)) invitesthe talents from the fields of third-generation semiconductors materials and power devices,vacuum electronics devices, ferroelectric devices,integrated circuit design and EDA,integrated circuit manufacturing,storage devices,display devicesandsemiconductor sensors.

三、申請條件 Requirements for applicants

1.海外優秀青年人才一般不超過40歲（含）；

2.具有博士學位，申請時在海外高校、科研機構、企業研發機構獲得正式教學或者科研崗位，并且具有36個月（截至2025年4月15日）及以上連續海外工作經曆；

3.在半導體、電子科學與技術及其相關領域從事前沿研究工作，取得同行專家認可的科研或技術等成果，且具有成為該領域學術帶頭人或傑出人才的發展潛力;        

4.國内已入選國家級青年人才計劃者優先。

1.Outstanding young talents overseas should generally be under 40 years old(inclusive) as of April, 2025

2.Applicants should have a doctoral degree and have held a formal teaching or research position at overseas universities, research institutions,or corporate R&D organizations for at least 36 months.The requirement for overseas work experience can be appropriately relaxed for those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding achievements

3.Applicants should be engaged in cutting-edge research in fields such as semiconductor, electronic science and technology, and related areas. They should have research or technological achievements recognized by peers and demonstrate the potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in their respective fields

4.Priority will be given to those who have been selected for national-level young talent programs in china

五、服務保障Service Guarantee

差旅和住宿

學校為受邀參會學者按标準報銷往返差旅、住宿費

Travel and Accommodation：

Hunan University will reimburse invited scholar for their round-trip travel and accommodation expenses according to the set standard

入選HWYQ全職引進後,可享受如下待遇：

1.職業保障

直接聘為教授（事業編制）及“嶽麓學者”晨星A崗，授予博士生導師資格，保障博士生招生名額。提供良好的辦公、科研實驗場地條件。

2.薪酬待遇

起點薪酬不低于65萬/年，另有住房公積金及社保、學校繳納年金，享受高水平科研成果獎勵和科研績效（上不封頂）

3.科研經費

300-600萬（含國家支持部分）。購置大型設備可申請學校公共分析測試平台專項經費支持

4.住房保障

安家費200-250萬元（含國家和地方補助，長沙市商品房均價遠低于全國省會城市平均水平），購房前提供一套三年期校内拎包入住的周轉房

5.服務保障

按學校相關規定解決配偶編制内工作。子女就讀湖南省示範幼兒園、省市優質示範中小學，入托入學按政策享受學費優惠。享受湖南省和長沙市為高層次人才提供的醫療保健、稅收優惠、機場高鐵貴賓通道等系列專屬服務。

After being selected and fully employed as overseas young talents, candidates will enjoy the following benefits

1.Career guarantee

Directly appointed as a professor(with a permanent position) and a“Yuelu Scholar”with the A-level morning star post; Qualified to supervise doctoral students and guaranteed enrollment quotas for doctoral students; Provided with excellent office and research laboratory facilities

2.Salary and benefits

The starting salary is no less than 650,000 CNY per year, and additional benefits include housing provident fund and social security. The university provides annual pension contributions. Scholars are eligible for high-level rewards for scientific research achievements and research performance(no limit)

3.Research funding

3-6 million CNY(including national support). The purchase of large-scale equipment can supported by the university’s special fund for public analysis and testing platforms

4.Housing guarantee

Settlement allowance of 2-2.5 million CNY(including national and local subsidies). The average price of commercial housing in Changsha is significantly lower than that in other provincial capitals nationwide. A three-year transitional residence on campus is available before house purchase

5.Service guarantee

According to university regulations, arrangements will be made for the spouse to be employed within the institution.Children can attend demonstration kindergartens and high-quality primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province, with tuition discounts according to policies. Scholars are entitled to a series of exclusive services provided by Hunan Province and Changsha City, including healthcare, tax incentives, and VIP access to airports and high-speed rail stations.

For exceptionally outstanding overseas talents, support conditions will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis
